Rohl spoke to journalists for around half an hour during his first press conference

Nearly four and a half months after Russell Martin's first press conference as the club's manager, successor Danny Rohl met with reporters at Rangers' stadium for the initial occasion.
The scale of the task ahead of him is widely recognized, considering his predecessor's chaotic and disappointing 123-day spell.
The ex- Wednesday boss was accompanied by club chairman Andrew Cavenagh, along with the frequently questioned duo of sporting director Kevin Thelwell and CEO Patrick Stewart.
However, what precisely was revealed from the young coach's first public appearance as the club's manager?
Rohl's Primary Focus - Victory is Everything
A single message emerged loud and clear from Rohl's first appearance before the local press - he understands the need to secure victories, and achieve this quickly.
His predecessor Martin lasted only 17 matches and four months in charge, so the question emerged about how long the new man believes is reasonable to transform the underperforming squad.
Although deftly avoiding a specific response that might create later expectations, Rohl's message was quite clear.
"Hopefully very quickly," he stated. "This is essential.
"In football you have limited opportunity. You can discuss long-term vision but it's understood it concerns immediate results and the short-term is about winning games. That is my requirement.
"One thing is also clear - I require all players to understand how we want to perform. I return to my primary theme: victory comes first, it's attractive and it's together. If you follow this order, I'm convinced that I'll stay very long at the club."
Expectations are Normal
Martin required a police escort to leave the Falkirk Stadium after his last game in charge.
We've seen how toxic environments can become at sports teams when results decline. Demonstrations have almost become an expected part of game day experience on each part of the city these days.
As the club's most youthful ever head coach, the question asked about what qualities the coach thinks he has that would allow him to handle, never mind excel, in among the highest-pressure roles in UK soccer?
"In my opinion pressure in football is normal," he commented. "One needs to understand that rapidly.
"I believe some people could reference my youth but I have been 16 years in this career. I experienced a great opportunity to work with Bayern Munich and serve as only an assistant coach, but I felt the reality to manage a team and the pressure involved.
"When you start getting results and then certain people claim you need to produce entertaining soccer. That's the next stage but precisely my intention. I enjoy those expectations and I'm excited about the future."
Thelwell Explains Chermiti Signing & Hiring Family Member
There were plenty of questions from the media directed at Thelwell.
Much discussion has concerned the appointment of Robbie Thelwell as head of recruitment, with fans unconvinced about his credentials for the role.
However, he justified and clarified the decision to bring his son to Ibrox.
"It remains uncomfortable to listen and optically I think we all agreed when we took this decision to appoint him that he'd be viewed negatively," Thelwell stated.
"The reality of the situation is that we want to attract the very best talent to this club.
"My perspective on Robbie's career and situation is he required no my assistance in football.
"He served at Aston Villa as head scout, after which he joined Norwich City as head of scouting and then was elevated to player pathways manager.
"Before we recruited him, two top division teams wanted to acquire him. What we did from the start of the process was consult with the CEO, the chairman and vice-chairman Marathe about this matter.
"I was highly transparent and I think he likely experienced a more rigorous process than anybody else who's employed by the team.
"What I do know is that he will work constantly to achieve success for this football club and I anticipate seeing him proving that he'll become an excellent staff member for Rangers."
Thelwell also supported the acquisition of forward Youssef Chermiti, who joined the club for a reported first payment of £8m, after failing to find the net in 24 appearances for his previous club.
It was Thelwell who transferred the Portuguese young international to Liverpool from Sporting - again for significant money in a fifteen million pound deal.
The question came if he supports his expensive purchase, who hasn't yet register in seven outings for Rangers.
"Absolutely, completely," Thelwell answered. "I believe the striker is a player who's possesses huge potential.
"I've never questioned him whatsoever. Similarly, I believe Danny will help to maximize the potential out of Youssef.
"It's very early days for him, he remains promising prospect and of course with inexperienced players they occasionally take time.
"But I'm certain over the course of his career at the club he's going to prove that he is very, very good footballer."
The CEO Acknowledges Supporters' Frustration and Hurt
Stewart was also facing firing line, considering the criticism that has been aimed at him by some of the club's fans.
There was even a banner in the stadium during the last tie with United inviting him - and Thelwell - to pack his bags before being removed for them.
Like his football director, the CEO did not avoid the topic.
"I totally understand the frustration and anger that the supporters are experiencing because performances this season haven't met expectations and nobody's happy with those," he stated.
"The pain and disappointment fans experience is mirrored within the boardroom.
"Also understand that there has to be an outlet for those frustrations and as chief executive, I'm responsible.
"I'm a lightning rod for those and my role as a
